The hayrides are Mon & Fridays 4-7pm and Saturdays 1-7pm

Which gets you a hayride to the pumpkin patch...

Where you get to pick any pumpkin you want.

Some are to big to carry

And they even have a place for taking pictures. Awww sooo cute!

We took up a level and had all the kids wear their Halloween costumes. It made for some very cute photos. :)

I definitely recommend this activity! The kids LOVE it and the mommies do to. (:

Elephant Walk @ the Gateway

Every year when the circus comes to town Gateway does an Elephant parade down Rio Grande street. The first year I went it was amazing, the parade was long, but not to long and you got to watch them give the elephants a bath after the parade was over.

The las couple of years I've gone the parade lasts 5 minutes and then the circus goes back inside and it's over just like that. So I don't know if this event is worth fighting the crowd for. The kids sure had a good time tho and received a funny clown nose for coming out.

It's 5$ for kids 4$ for Adults and there is a dollar off coupon on their website. The best part is they won't let an adult in without a child. They have to be escorted by an employee. So you can be at ease about somebody sneaking in to steal your kid.

Carnivals

Carnivals are an awesome way to entertain kids because it wears them out for the day. Then they come home and crash giving you an early evening to yourself or with your hubby. We took the kids to the Syracuse Arts acadamey carnival on Friday and had a lot of fun.

Gateway Fountains

On Friday afternoons Gateway does a big water show with music and fountains. The kids show up in their swim wear to dance to the music and be splashed with water.
That's what we did today and the kids had a blast!

We rode Front runner. During the summer months Front runner offers a family summer pass for 10$. It allows 4 people to ride. 3 and under are free so if you get a group of moms together this is a cheap activity.CEDE
